Positive: I liked the fresh variety of food options and the helpfulness of the staff working at the breakfast station. The workout room was clean and peaceful.
Negative: Sunday was looking forward to the breakfast options. The oatmeal was a hit for us Saturday. Sunday the oatmeal was not fresh and with a clean pot and hot could have been great as new.

Positive: The location was clean family friendly especially because we were entertaining small children .
Negative: Only thing that comes to minds doesn’t really relate to anything about the actual property expect the close proximity to my home. Which made the cost a small issue with the reservation being a last minute decision and being local our incidentals fee was more than twice the amount of so one traveling from out of town . Im not sure what makes a local resident more of a liability to the hotel or not but due to the availability of extended stays locality shouldn’t cost more money for the same amount of services offered to out of own guest . The hotel is a beautiful place and the extended stay option at a hotel that nice and accommodating is a great resource to anyone with accessibility to the location. The entire atmosphere was absolutely inviting and welcoming for all the families and individuals I observed staying there at the time of my visit. The reason for the stay was an attempt to allow my daughter some time with her cousins her age on her birthday. So the location was a plus and the amenities and benefits definitely got my budget for the last minute trip , however I was disappointed about the 250 incidental hold fee as opposed to the regular 100 that everyone bit local residents has to put down in order to stay . I am aware that the hold is refundable after check out however it did cause me some inconvenience financially.
